Sets a double-precision floating-point value from a Clarion REAL.

Return value / error handling
On failure, read TOML_GetLastErrorCode and TOML_GetLastErrorText immediately. The preferred class method converts that pattern into a class result plus retained LastErrorCode and LastErrorText.
